In our opinion, anything you can do to avoid poison oak or poison ivy is worth doing. Use these wipes immediately after contacting the plant. The sooner the oil is removed from your skin, the less chance it has of penetrating and causing a bad reaction. These wipes are individually packaged so you can carry them on a run.
