A porous elastic-adhesive tape that allows the skin to breath. We use Elastikon to pre-tape our feet. 1" is good for toes; 4" provides complete foot coverage.
Leukotape is a rayon-backed tape with an aggressive zinc oxide adhesive.
Leukotape can be used to tape feet before a hiking or running outing to prevent blisters. This is a non-stretch tape, which is also used for patellofemoral and shoulder sports taping techniques.
Hypafix™ is an adhesive, non-woven fabric. It's great for blister prevention taping, especially in difficult to tape areas, such as between the toes. Hypafix works well to hold blister dressings in place. It stretches in one direction and is thin and soft, conforming to the skin very easily.
