After we tried June's proucts, our opinion of preserves was forever changed. They are stunningly good, with intense natural flavors of fruit.

June Taylor preserves the simple flavors of the finest organically grown fruits used in her marmalades and conserves. These fruits are grown by sustainable agricultural methods without the use of synthetic chemicals, allowing the fullest flavors in the fruits to develop. Capturing these tastes is the craft of her business.

The fruit is entirely handcut, and without additives or pectin, and with a minimum amount of sugar, is cooked in small quantities to produce a distinctively traditional product. She seeks out and works with heirloom and forgotten fruits hoping to revive the tastes of our collective past.
