If there is such a thing as "best ultrarunner ever," Yiannis Kouros must be The Man. He owns more world records for distance than anybody. He's universally regarded as a true running champion, and Ultra-G herself also knows him as a real nice guy! This is his story.
First time ever available in the US.
Forever Running gives an in-depth look at the life and philosophy
of the legendary Yiannis Kouros, known as the "Running God," "Golden Greek,"
"Pheidippides' Successor," and as the "Master of Pain."

and from 1 day to 10 days.
Archival footage from ultra events is combined with Kouros speaking about
experiences gained through running.
