In hot weather, the best way to cool down is to lower your core temperature. The Cool Off Bandana has a chamois sewn inside to stay soaked with cold water. It can also hold ice. Tie it on and keep cool on the back of your neck. During runs that have ice at aid stations, you can easily reload your Cool Off using the opening at the side.
