Dancing Shiva is a smooth blend, medium roasted to preserve the natural sugars and spicy nuances of the Indian and Indonesian coffees. Low in acidity and full of body, its earthy tones don't overpower the natural chocolate flavor, which includes hints of vanilla, nutmeg and other spices.
Great for drip or french press; also makes excellent espresso.
