Killian Jornet: "Just 3 kilometers from the finishing line of the WS 100 2010, I was battling with Nick Clark for third place. I was hanging in there with my jaw clenched, suffering terribly from cramps, dehydration and blisters over the last 30 kilometers. I kept on running, and occupied my mind by thinking about how to approach the same race the following year.
