Instructions for use:

1. Apply to skin that is clean and dry.
2. Remove white plastic liner.
3. Without touching the hydrogel, apply the bandage in rolling motion, with the hydrogel completely covering the wound, and press into place.
4. Peel off printed paper backing and smooth out the bandage.

Caution: Do not use if pouch is damaged or opened. Do not use if product is dried out. Use only once. Use before expiration date marked on carton. If complications occur, consult a physician.
