Pricing

Quantities are subject to availability and may be limited.

Online prices may be different from Palo Alto store prices (and vice versa). Online prices will not be matched in-store (and vice versa)..

While every effort has been made to ensure price accuracy, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or misprints. Prices are subject to confirmation and change without notice

Online and in-store promotions and sales may differ.

We do not do price matching.


Coupons

Only one coupon may be used per transaction (coupons may not be combined).

Coupons may not be used retroactively.

Coupons do not apply to coffee subscriptions or to magazine subscription.

Unless specified otherwise, online coupons may not be used in the Palo Alto store.

ZombieRunner coupons are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.


Coupon and Sale Dates

Coupons or sale discounts may not be applied to purchases made before coupon or sale starting dates.


Item Availability

Reserving an item for your online order:

Adding an item to your shopping cart doesn't reserve the item. An item is only reserved after you click the Confirm button and receive e-mail order confirmation that we've received your order.

Sometimes products sell out quickly. It's possible for you to add a product to your shopping cart, but discover it's sold out by the time you place your order.


Shipping

We keep our shipping charges as close as possible to actual cost, and we never add extra handling charges.

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days. Orders with the Free Shipping option ship within 5 business days. See below for expedited shipping information.

We ship items by US Postal Service and by UPS. Customers may select their shipping option upon checkout. Delivery times of packages sent through the US Postal Service vary depending on your location relative to California. For example, Priority Mail usually takes from 1 to 5 business days in transit. Note that US Postal Service only guarantees the delivery time of Express Mail. Other mail classes can take longer, particularly at busy times of the year. UPS Ground delivery times vary from 1 to 6 business days. All UPS delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays in the calculations.

Order online by credit card or Paypal. We also take credit card orders over the phone, at 650-325-2048.

For online and phone orders, we do not accept international Paypal or international credit cards.

Free Shipping

From time to time, ZombieRunner offers Free Shipping on domestic orders, based on the subtotal amount. This enables a free shipping option on the order. You must select this option on your order to receive Free Standard Shipping.

You may not select the carrier (UPS/USPS) for Free Standard Shipping.

Free Shipping orders ship within 1-5 business days. If you want your order expedited, you must select an expedited shipping option.

Expedited shipping

Expedited orders (UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day or UPS 3-Day) placed by 1pm Pacific time will ship the same day.

If you need an order by a specific date, give us a call (650-325-2048) or write a note in the order comments to make sure we have your item(s) in stock can get them to you in time. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.


Freight Forwarders

We do not ship to international freight forwarders (Borderlinx, MyUS.com, etc). If we determine your shipping address is a freight forwarder, your order will be canceled.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ZombieRunner is not liable for any lost shipments, or shipments that occurred due to customer error.

In the event that an order has not been received within 14 days from receipt of a shipping confirmation, please contact us.

If USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will issue a credit or replacement of the order.

If USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking confirms that your order was delivered, and you have not received it, contact your local Post Office or UPS where it is possibly being held for you.

Any dispute you have must be addressed with USPS or UPS directly. Delivery is assumed by ZombieRunner and the order to be complete when confirmed as delivered by tracking. Customers assume all responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery. ZombieRunner cannot be responsible for loss or theft of delivered goods.

Mail theft and mail fraud (for example, the false reporting of stolen or unreceived mail) are federal crimes. We are happy to provide any documentation in order to assist our customers and US Post Office or UPS authorities to help in recovering a lost shipment.


Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. For shoes, we need them returned new in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Shoes can be tested indoors to make sure the fit and size are correct, and if not, send them back for an exchange for the correct size or a refund.

We do not accept returns of used or opened merchandise.

Note: a restocking fee will apply to items returned with opened, missing or damaged packaging. For example, if you're returning shoes, do not use the shoe box as the shipping box (put it inside another box).

If you return a used or opened product, or a product missing its tags, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

It's the customer's responsibility to ship the product properly; we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged because of improper packaging.

All packaging must be included to receive a full refund.

Please reference your original invoice and include your request for an exchange or a refund in the package.

Returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

We will refund your order amount including sales tax. We do not refund shipping charges on your original order. If your original purchase was paid for by credit card, that credit card will be credited for the returned items upon receipt by ZombieRunner. If your original purchase was by cash, ZombieRunner will issue a refund check to you. If you request an exchange for your returned item, there is no extra charge for shipping an exchange to you.

If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product packaging.


Liability

ZombieRunner has no control over the use of products available from this site, and we assume no liability connected with their use. We are not liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising from the use or misuse of our products.


Privacy Policy


Mailing Lists

ZombieRunner sends email newsletters once or twice per month. You can sign up for these newsletters on the web site, and during the online order process. We will not share your email address with anyone.

Encryption

ZombieRunner uses the most advanced and highest level of online security available today (128-bit encryption). Our commerce server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts or codes all the data you enter. Your credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected.

You can shop at zombierunner.com with confidence. We use Authorize.net, a leading payment gateway, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on zombierunner.com. Googles use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to zombierunner.com and other sites on the internet. Personal Information

If your email address is requested on any of the forms on our sites, it is used to provide you with an answer to a specific question or to add your name to our newsletter list (at your request only). All transaction information we collect from you, whether contact, billing or credit card information is kept strictly private, and is not disclosed to any other company.

If you purchase from us online, we collect information necessary for billing and shipping to you only. Your email address is used to confirm your order.

We do not collect personal information without visitor knowledge, nor do we re-sell or distribute any site visitor data.

Note: email is not secure. Your email correspondence should never include sensitive information (such as a credit card number) that you would not like to share with the general public as email is never a secure environment on the Internet.
