while participating in any ZombieRunner coaching program.

in any way to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
Shipping Policy
We keep our shipping charges as close as possible to actual cost, and we never add extra handling charges.
We ship orders within 48 hours (and most often on the same or next day).
Occasionally we're away at an event; when we are, we'll have a note on the shopping cart page
indicating the days that the shipping department will be closed.
We ship items by US Mail, either First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. Priority Mail usually takes from 1 to 5 days (depending on your location relative to California).
Note that US Postal Service only guarantees the delivery time of Express Mail. Other mail classes can take longer, particularly at busy times of the year.
If an item is not in stock, we will let you know via email when we expect to ship the item.
Order online by credit card or Paypal. We also take credit card orders over the phone, at 650-852-1282.
We have a minimum online order sub-total amount of $5.00.
International Shipping
All currency amounts on our site are in US dollars.
Shipping costs stated do not include fees or taxes, duties, or VAT that may be assessed by the destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; ZombieRunner has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost/Stolen USPS Packages
All domestic USPS orders are sent with USPS Delivery Confirmation. This service verifies delivery, providing the date, ZIP Code and the time the package was delivered. If delivery was attempted, the date and time of attempted delivery are provided. Please report all suspected lost or stolen packages to customerservice@doglikenature.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to locate your package.
It is to our discretion as to whether lost orders will be resent or if a refund will be issued. Resends or refunds will not be initiated until at least 21 days after the initial shipment. This allows time in case misdelivered or delayed orders are subsequently delivered.
Scanned as Delivered
If a package has been scanned as being delivered, we advise the following for packages that are sent to residential addresses:
- Check around the home to make sure the package wasn't left outside.
- Check with anyone else at the shipping address or neighbors that the USPS delivery person may have left the package with.
- Contact the local post office. They are required to confirm where the package was left or with whom the package was left.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. For
shoes, we need them returned new in the original, undamaged packaging. Shoes
can be tested indoors to make sure the fit and size are correct, and if not,
send them back for an exchange for the correct size or a refund.
Note: a 10% restocking fee will apply to items returned with packaging in
non-new condition, or missing packaging. For example, if you're returning
shoes, do not use the shoe box as the shipping box (put it inside another
box). All packaging must be included to receive a full refund.

Please reference your original invoice and include your request for an
exchange or a refund in the package.
We will refund your order amount including sales tax. We do not refund
shipping charges on your original order. The cost of shipping and insuring
your package is your responsibility. If your original purchase was paid for
by credit card, that credit card will be credited for the returned items
upon receipt by ZombieRunner. If your original purchase was by check or
cash, ZombieRunner will issue a refund check to you. If you request an
exchange for your returned item, there is no extra charge for shipping an
exchange to you.
If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact
the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you.

Privacy Policy
Mailing Lists
ZombieRunner sends email newsletters once or twice per month. You can
sign up for these newsletters on the web site, and during the online order
process. We will not share your email address with anyone.
Encryption
ZombieRunner uses the most advanced and highest level of online security
available today (128-bit encryption). Our commerce server uses Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts or codes all the data you enter. Your
credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and
will remain private and completely protected.

partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer
safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our
customers.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive
customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing

Personal Information
If your email address is requested on any of the forms on our sites, it
is used to provide you with an answer to a specific question or to add
your name to our newsletter list (at your request only). All transaction
information we collect from you, whether contact, billing or credit card
information is kept strictly private, and is not disclosed to any other
company.
If you purchase from us online, we collect information necessary for
billing and shipping to you only. Your email address is used to confirm
your order.
We do not collect personal information without visitor knowledge, nor do
we re-sell or distribute any site visitor data.
Note: email is not secure. Your email correspondence should never include
sensitive information (such as a credit card number) that you would not
like to share with the general public as email is never a secure
environment on the Internet.
